Step 2: Locate Domestic Tracking
Find the item awaiting warehouse arrival. You will see a domestic tracking number"Track"
Step 3: Interpret Domestic Tracking Status
- In Transit:
- Arrived at Destination/City:
- Out for Delivery:
- Delivered/Signed:This is the key status—it means the warehouse physically received the package.
Confirming Warehouse Arrival & QC Process
Warehouse processing typically occurs within 1-3 business days
Automatic Status Update & QC Photos
Once our warehouse team scans and checks your item:
- Your dashboard item status changes to "Arrived at Warehouse".
- A notification appears in your Message Center.
